I think for my first ever blog (in this site), I should introduce myself. Here's some stats:

Currently lives in: Queens, New York
Works at: The Institute of Culinary Education (for now. Free food, yum. Maybe this is why I'm gaining weight)
Loves: Food, TV, small furry animals, watching theater, dance, bumming around, procrastinating (I'm really good at that last one)

I've got a pretty laid back approach to things. I try not to stress over stuff, cuz that's not fun at all. I'm oxymoronic in many ways, and I'm not afraid to say I'm a hypocrite over many subjects--but I'm strying to change that, I swear.

Well, I hope that's a good base for anyone reading this (by anyone, I meant THE one--hi there, Frances!). Hopefully I have the energy to write some more!
